Today we had the fanciest dinner we have made so far... maybe ever. Delicious lobster and a caesar salad. I would not have been brave enough to attempt to cook lobster. Luckily, Ben is more adventurous! And he said it was even so difficult. This is what we did:
Boil a big pot of water.
Put the lobsters in it, cover, and bring to a boil again.
Once the water is boiling, cook for 8 minutes for the first pound, and three minutes for each additional pound.
For the butter dip:
Mince garlic and throw it in a pan with a lot of butter. Melt it, and skim off the froth. Pour the clear butter into ramekins to use for dipping.
Watch out, they are juicy when you bust them open! Water squirts out.
